Facebook has just launched an incredible amount of changes, and as everybody else we are trying to keep up with them :)
BTW: Facebook has hit 800 million users. The social network just saw a new record for the most visitors in one day: an eye-popping 500 million.
Here's a list of the most important facebook changes this week:
# 1 Timeline
In other words, your COMPLETE life on facebook (check pictures). This is an ever-evolving profile page that scrolls all the way back to your birth, so you and all your friends will see EVERYTHING you have posted on facebook since you got in + everything you add now, since you can also add posts in the past :).
Timeline is in beta now (only developers), and will be opt-in to start. In the long run, it will become the new default profile page.
Check the snapshot bellow to get a sneak peak.

# 2 The LIKE family is growing..
You will be able to [verb] any [noun]. You’ll start seeing the option to tell the world you’re Reading a particular book, for example, or Watching a given movie, or Listening to a certain tune.
# 3 Facebook apps need only ask permission once to share stories on your behalf.
This is one of those security changes that will bring some controversy.
# 4 All “lightweight” information is going to the Ticker.
All the information you don't really care about, like farmville status updates will go to the ticker so you see the most important stuff.
# 5 You will be able to watch TV and movies, listen to music, and read news with your friends
all within Facebook, thanks to a whole bunch of partnerships
